Chemical Analysis
Analytical Chemistry
The analytical chemistry laboratory provides the following characterisation services:
Identification of process and structure substances.
Quantitative analysis which allows the approval of raw substances or product standards according to client's requirements.
Identification of element trails in highly low concentrations.
Various alloys (iron, nickel, aluminium, lead, tin and more), brine, minerals and strong acids, non-mineral and natural water, land samples and industrial waste.
The varieties of elements which are determined by analysis also include precious metals and rare ores.
The laboratory instrumentation allows performing these tests on a large number of elements simultaneously and thus expanding the amount of knowledge per price unit.
-
Element composition characterisation
-
Identification of unknown substances
-
If the substance is homogeneous, its components can be accurately characterised by a new analysis.
-
Determination of main and secondary components within the 0.05%-99.9% concentration range
-
Identification and determination of traces down to ppb levels in solutions
-
Determination of carbon, brimstone and gas in metals and other solids to ppb level
-
Identification and determination of ions up to 10 ppb level
-
Organic solvents residues, in lab. equipment
The laboratory holds the knowledge to perform other tests for the determination of: density, viscosity, TDS, TOC, intersection and boiling points. You can also perform DSC and TGA – sampling and environmental tests.
The laboratory performs samplings and environmental examinations according to the employment hygiene work safety regulations, plant workers' health and companies as needed.
