Infrastructure
Rotem Industrial Park is located near the cities of Dimona (9km), Arad (42 km), Yerocham (25 km) and Be'er Sheva (43 km). Park residents enjoy swift access and a network of roads linking the park with the central region and with the Eilat and Ben-Gurion international airports and the seaport of Ashdod.
A railway runs adjacent to the Park, providing another link between the area's industries and the center of the country.
The infrastructure of Rotem Industrial Park can accommodate some 50 acres of industry, with a further potential for expansion of adding hundreds of more acres. Currently operating in the Park is an industrial facility of 20,000 sq.m.
The Park's other impressive infrastructures include water utilities able to handle up to 110,000 cu.m. Per year, advanced electricity, telephone and computerized communications networks based on fiber optics, and a water purification plant.
