Rotem Meter View
The software is available as freeware from our Downloads page and is installed on a P.C. The connection is made via an available COM port using a communication cable supplied by Rotem.
The RMV software is capable of collecting data using two methods; Online method and Download method.
Online Method.
The portable survey meter is connected to the computer and sends data at user set intervals. The data will appear on the screen and can be displayed as a graph.
Download method
The portable survey meter is used to collect data from the field, and once all the data has been collected it is connected to the computer and the data is downloaded.
Features
Recorded data includes Instrument Serial No, radiation level, time stamp, status and Type of Instrument used.
A visible and audible alarm can be set if a threshold breach occurs
Data can be saved into the hard drive of the computer
Data can be exported to Ms Excel
Graphs can be displayed showing the historical history of radiological conditions
Compatible to Win2000, Win98 operating systems
