SMARTS

SMARTS, a powerful survey tool from Rotem Industries, offers Radiation Protection personnel a streamlined procedure for generating, storing and modifying survey maps and location data in a user-friendly Windows environment. Users scan map drawings into memory as templates for frequently surveyed areas. Each time a survey is performed, data (location, time stamp and value) is automatically stored in our wide range of our portable smart meters using a bar-code reader, then downloaded via RS232 interface and automatically placed onto the map for reference or printing. Uses of stored data include map specific histories and location trending, displayed or printed as lists or in graphical format. Trending graphs may be zoomed to display a more focused time interval.
